Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and e-newsletters. With this intuitive interface, you can create a new mailbox in an instant and administer its settings easily. Plus, you can forward email messages from one e-mailbox to another, finetune e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk e-mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can secure all your mailboxes against spam email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly create an email filter for any of your e-mail box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming messages from one mailbox to another, or even to several other mailboxes. Just select the e-mailbox account you would like to forward e-mail messages from, then select the target email box and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your liking to access your mail accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the email account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in an instant.
More Features
With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
